Hooray for penguins!

Earlier today my mother my brother and I made penguins.  My penguin's name is Percy.  Today Percy found out that he loves listening to and making music.  One of his favorite composers is Mozart!

I'm trying to decide which critter to design next, maybe a flower or perhaps a ninja. What do you think??

If you would like to make your own Percy, you can get the pattern and instructions at Craftsy.

Sheldon Shamrock

Sheldon loves green!

Today Mom and I made a shamrock called Sheldon Shamrock.  He is about 5" tall and 4" wide and is now great friends with Seymour and Ray! Sheldon can't wait 'til Thursday which is his time to shine because we all know that the 17th is st. Patrick's day!  We made a pattern for Sheldon and you can get it at Craftsy.  All the instructions you'll need are there!

Hi there it's day 2 of my blog.  And today I've made a cute little monster named Seymour.  I finished him around 10 o clock today.  My mom and brother have made two more. Mine is the green one my mom's
is orange and my brother's is yellow.

Seymour loves his Mom.
They have had lots of fun once they were finished.  For instance, mine has discovered that he, too, loves art. They have also become good friends and great companions!

If you want to make your own Seymour, you can get instructions and a pattern here at Craftsy.
A Happy Monster Family!

Day 1

For the past couple of months I've been creating little sewn critters, monsters, and pillows.

The first ones I made were little penguins.  They were made from felt and scraps of old clothing.  They were so cute my brother wanted one and so did my friends.  So I made them some.

My prized design, so far, is a pillow with the sillouette of a snowboarder that I drew myself.  I made it out of polar fleece.  I loved working with polar fleece so much that I went out and bought 8 meters of it!  Now I've got inspiration to make lots more critters!  Look out world!  Here come the Pocket Pals!!
